Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services operated by Anoshaya LLP (LLPIN: ACD-3528), including ThumbnailCollab, ReachMassive, and any future products we may launch. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our paid plans.
No Refunds Policy
All fees paid for subscriptions and purchases across our products are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Partial use or non-use of the service during a billing period
- Dissatisfaction with features or functionality
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan mid-cycle
We encourage you to fully explore the free plan or free trial (where available) before committing to a paid subscription.
Free Plans and Trials
Most of our products offer a free plan or a free trial period. We recommend using these to evaluate whether the product meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan. During a free trial:
- You will not be charged until the trial period ends
- You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically and the no-refund policy applies from that point
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is straightforward and can be done from the billing or account settings within each product, or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period
- Your data may be retained for a limited period in case you wish to resubscribe
Exceptions
In the following limited circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), we will correct the error and issue a refund for the overcharge upon verification.
- Extended service unavailability: If a paid product experiences a significant, prolonged outage caused entirely by our infrastructure (not third-party services), we may offer a pro-rata credit toward your next billing period at our discretion.
These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to provide refunds or credits outside of verifiable billing errors.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record on behalf of Anoshaya LLP. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing. Any disputes related to billing should be directed to us first at contact@anoshaya.org.
Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error with your charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.
